Revision Policy
Clear expectations for our customers.
1. Included revisions
Any included revisions and their scope are specified in the written quote. Where revisions are included, requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery unless a different window is expressly agreed. Effective date: October 1, 2026.
2. Original requirements
Included revisions address the original agreed requirements, such as clarification of guidance or correction of a delivered item. New topics, changed instructions, additional documents, or extra sessions are a new scope and require a quote. We do not charge for new work without agreement.
3. Requesting a revision
Email info@easyresearcher.com with the order reference and a clear list of the requested changes. We will confirm the request scope and the revision schedule. Keep relevant original instructions available for comparison.
4. Errors and unresolved concerns
The request window does not restrict statutory rights concerning defective or nonconforming services. If a revision does not resolve a concern, we will review it under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Changes in an institution's assessment or a requested grade are not a promised deliverable.
