Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Clear terms before payment

This policy applies to services purchased from Easy Researcher LLC, including payments processed separately through Square. The agreed scope, price, schedule, and this cancellation policy are disclosed before payment. Effective date: October 1, 2026.

2. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before work or an agreed session begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the service payment. Send your cancellation request promptly to info@easyresearcher.com with the order reference so we can stop work.

3. Cancellation after work starts

For partially completed services, we review the completed work or delivered sessions against the agreed scope and price. The unearned amount for undelivered services is refunded. We will explain the calculation. No undisclosed flat cancellation fee is applied. Work completed in accordance with the agreement is not automatically refundable merely because the customer no longer needs it.

4. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver an agreed service, you may choose an agreed alternative date or a refund for the undelivered portion. We will not substitute a materially different service without your agreement.

5. Quality or delivery concerns

Contact us with your order reference, the specific concern, and supporting details. We review what was delivered against the agreement and discuss correction, rescheduling, or a refund as appropriate. A grade or external result alone is not proof that the agreed service was not delivered because outcomes are not guaranteed. This does not limit applicable statutory remedies.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@easyresearcher.com or call (213) 259-3057. Include the customer name, order reference, purchase date, service, and reason. Do not include complete card information. We will acknowledge the request and communicate the review outcome and any refund calculation.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported, including through Square for Square transactions. We will confirm when the refund has been issued. The time for funds to appear depends on the processor and bank. The refund will include taxes where required by law. We do not require you to waive legitimate payment-dispute or consumer rights to request a refund.

8. Physical returns and legal rights

Our services are digital or delivered remotely, so there are no physical goods to ship back. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights continue to apply. Any specific order arrangement must be agreed before purchase and cannot override rights that law does not permit us to exclude.
